All our events are 18+ only because they end in a nightclub with bar service. ID is checked at the club. If some of your crew are under 18, they cannot join. The drinking age in France is 18, no exceptions.

Do you do themed Erasmus nights?

Yes — on private BDE events we can build themed nights: country night (everyone wears their flag), white party, beach party, costume night, language exchange night. Tell us the theme when you request the quote and we adapt the bars, music and games.

How far in advance should the BDE book?

For September integration weeks, we recommend booking by July at the latest. For regular events during the semester, 2-3 weeks notice is usually enough. The best BDE slots (Friday / Saturday weekends in central Nice) fill up first.

Can I get a refund if my Erasmus event is cancelled?

Yes, you receive a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the event. For BDE events with pre-confirmed group sizes, cancellation terms are detailed in the quote signed by the BDE president.
